- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 quarts water
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 cubes beef bouillon, crumbled
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain.
- Transfer beef into a large pot over medium heat; add water, potatoes, mixed vegetables, tomatoes, onion, bouillon, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
