Provolone and Herb Cheese Crisps

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup grated Provolone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, or chives)
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix grated Provolone cheese with chopped fresh herbs and a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Spoon small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
  5. Bake for 5-8 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly and crisp.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to crisp up.
  7. Transfer the crisps to a wire rack to cool completely and become crunchy.
