Provolone and Herb Cheese Crisps
Ingredients:
- 1 cup grated Provolone cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, or chives)
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix grated Provolone cheese with chopped fresh herbs and a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper.
- Spoon small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
- Bake for 5-8 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to crisp up.
- Transfer the crisps to a wire rack to cool completely and become crunchy.
