Mexican Blend Cheese Crisps

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend (cheddar, Monterey Jack, and/or Colby Jack)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix shredded Mexican cheese blend with ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to firm up.
  7. Transfer the crisps to a wire rack to cool completely and become crunchy.
