Mexican Blend Cheese Crisps
Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend (cheddar, Monterey Jack, and/or Colby Jack)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix shredded Mexican cheese blend with ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to firm up.
- Transfer the crisps to a wire rack to cool completely and become crunchy.
