Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
- 2 slices cooked bacon, finely chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix shredded Gouda cheese with finely chopped cooked bacon and a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper.
- Spoon small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to crisp up.
- Transfer the crisps to a wire rack to cool completely and become crunchy.
