Goat Cheese and Herb Crisps
Ingredients:
- 1 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or basil)
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix crumbled goat cheese with finely chopped herbs and a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper.
- Spoon small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to firm up.
- Transfer the crisps to a wire rack to cool completely and become crunchy.
