Ingredients:
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped Kalamata olives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix crumbled feta cheese with chopped Kalamata olives, fresh parsley, and freshly ground black pepper.
- Spoon small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to firm up.
- Transfer the crisps to a wire rack to cool completely and become crunchy.
