Feta and Olive Crisps

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Kalamata olives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix crumbled feta cheese with chopped Kalamata olives, fresh parsley, and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Spoon small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
  5. Bake for 6-8 minutes until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to firm up.
  7. Transfer the crisps to a wire rack to cool completely and become crunchy.
